Shipping policy

Some of our products include free shipping, or the cost of shipping in already built into the price. We call this a landed price. Other products have flat rate shipping fees, this insures that we can use whatever shipping company can deliver the fastest and safest whenever possible - but some items have to be shipped with certain carriers. We will do our best to provide you with shipping or tracking updates in a timely manner. While we try our best to ensure shipping times (after order processing) of 2 weeks or less on all hard goods, and 1 week or faster on any live plant materials we are not responsible for packages once they ship - if your package arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours so we can reach out to the shipping company if necessary and do our best to reach a reasonable fix for any damaged items.
