Refund policy

Plantywoo's Plant Health Guarantee:
Our healthy live plant delivery means we strive to ship a plant that is free from rot, disease, or pests. We check each plant prior to shipping, but if we missed something let us know immediately. Some plants do better in shipping than others, and we know accidents can happen in route, we do not cover cosmetic blemishes that occur naturally, but if your plant shows up in poor shape or damaged due to shipping let us know immediately.
If there is a problem email us within 48hrs of delivery. You will be asked to provide photos of both the plant and shipping container to verify if it's an issue with our shipping partner or our packing process, you can expedite the process by providing photos when you contact us.
We do our best to account for weather conditions during shipping, however we highly recommend against ordering live plants if you're area is currently or expected to be experiencing a natural disaster or other extreme weather conditions at that time, even the best packaging and shipping methods can't compete with disasters or being left in excessive heat or cold, and our shipping partners may delay delivery or your plant may sit in shipping for an extended period if it is unsafe to deliver. We may also at our own descretion delay shipment if we are aware of any unsafe conditions which would negatively impact the quality of your plants arrival.

Shipping & Delivery Issues:
Live plants & orchids: We do not accept returns of live plants. Contact us at help@plantywoo.com within 48 hours with photos of the shipping package and any major damage to plants or your concerns - cosmetic damage which does not effect the plants health is not covered, however any damage such as arriving dead, or in a condition which will likely kill the plant, such as disease, rot, or pests, is covered.
For live plants section only - We do not cover damages caused by our shipping partners directly, we do however work with our shipping partners in the event of damage caused by them to make it right with our customers, this process can take time as it is up to the shipping partners to refund shipping so we can process claims related to shipping damages.
Warranty:
Plants: we do not accept returns of any plant materials. At this time all our plants are only covered for 48hrs from the time of delivery and on a case by case basis. We do not cover cosmetic blemishes which are naturally occurring, or gaurentee plants to be exactly as pictured as they are natural living things that vary.  For questions, concerns or plant health guarantee contact us at help@plantywoo.com
Food & Personal Gifts: We do not accept returns of Food, Personal Care Items, or any other personal use items - in the event of a defective product arriving, please contact us at help@plantywoo.com within 48 hours with photos of the shipping package and any missing items or major damage to the items, we will do our best to remedy the problem -We do not cover damages caused by our shipping partners, but we will help you submit a claim if necessary and work with you to come to a good resolution whenever possible. In most circumstances we will refund a portion of your item(s) cost if there is a defect or something missing, or we will send a replacement if possible.
All hard goods, supplies, and other non food or personal gifts: We do not accept returns on most items, in the event of a defective product arriving, please contact us at help@plantywoo.com within 48 hours with photos of the shipping package and any missing items or major damage to the items so we can refund or replace as necessary. We do not cover damages caused by our shipping partners, but we will help you submit a claim if necessary and work with you to come to a good resolution whenever possible.


If you are generally dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us with photos and an explanation of why and we will do our best to help you even if it falls outside of our regular return, refund and replacement policy, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and if we fall short let us know so we can make it right and do better next time.
